💼 Past Experience

Andre 3xCCIE/CCCIE’s experience with network administrators and engineering was gleaned from his work at Mitel, where he served as Sr. Systems Engineer/Field Engineer. During his tenure there, he supervised the design and construction of Nortel networks and helped develop and implement the company’s customer-centricity strategy. In addition, he was responsible for developing network architecture, developing network function and network security models, and conducting network audits. Andre’s experience in network administration and engineering has prepared him well for his role at CiscoIndustry of Telecommunications. Andre 3xCCIE/CCCIE has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Montreal and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Andre is also currently a WW Director of Engineering for Enterprise Networking Sales at CiscoIndustry of Telecommunications.He has worked extensively on network and operating systems product development. In his previous roles, he has also experience in using various product development methodologies, such as SystemZ, BDD, and SDLC. His experience in using different product development methodologies has convinced him that a method called Kaizen is the perfect approach to product development. Andre regularly uses Kaizen to improve the state of a product before release and to detect and fix common issues before they cause any widespread problems. Andre has also used othermethodologies such as Back-UPS and acceptance testing to help in product development. He has also used Extreme Programming approach to software development, which has alsoproven to be effective in his previous roles. Andre is amazed by how effective extreme programming can be in product development.Andre is also a fairly good interpersonal skills. He is able to quickly understand the needs of his clients and he is always willing to help out his clients in whatever way he can. He is also very willing to cooperate with other team members and willing to work on multiple projects at the same time. Andre is also an excellent communicator and he is always careful to communicate accurately and efficiently.
