Some of the key methods I have used to achieve these milestones include – • Creation of governance documentation to support proposed solution and way forward. • Use of Requirements and Process workshops with both the business and IT to derive adequate solutions. • Adoption of AGILE and SCRUM methodologies • Communication packs addressing all levels of to achieve buy in. From September 2006 to September 2008 (2 years 1 month) Business Analyst @ Touchstar is an International Company with offices in 3 countries and customers in many more. The companies’ main role is to produce Handheld and server software for a wide array of industries and corporate companies.
