💼 Past Experience

Ana-Maria Turdean's previous job was as an Artist Ambassador at Cirel, a Spanish telecoms company. She was responsible for develop and leakle Olé brand content for Spanish network TV and radio. She also worked for ArtDirect in Munich, Germany for 2 years as the Marketing Manager for a private art collection. In her previous job, Ana-Maria experienced market research, creative branding, PR, content writing, art critique, graphic design, photo direction and coordinating press events. From 2012-2013, she worked as a Graphic Designer at contemporary artist studio Océania, in Madrid, Spain.As an artist, Ana-Maria has exhibited her work in Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland and the USA. She has had works exhibited at the private art collection of Hispania Araucana, in Madrid, Spain; as part of the webzine Zapatero, online magazine of the art scene in Barcelona, Spain; as part of Art Basel, Switzerland; at the Kunsthalle Wattwil, Germany; as part of the programme 'Zwei Jahre Ausstellungs-Festival 2001' in München, Germany; and at the Contemporary Art Center of the University of Texas at Austin (USA). Her paintings, sculptures and drawings have been exhibited in group shows and solo exhibitions in Madrid, Barcelona, Barcelona, Austin, Austin, Madrid, Zurich, Munich and San Francisco, among others. Ana-Maria has won several awards, including the prestigious BARC ESAs prize for excellence in art and design, the Bocconi award for international creativity, and the Gold Medal of the City of Madrid.

Ana-Maria Turdean has a BSc in Psychology from Mindvalley University, and a Diploma in Education from ACCA. She also has a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Ana-Maria Turdean is currently a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Bradford.
