💼 Past Experience

Amy Krasuna Sveda has been with various companies since she was a young girl. Her family constantly tells her that she has a “natural sales skills” and she takes their advice to heart. Krasuna started working in sales for a sales company at the age of 10. After she turned 15, she started working at her family’s retail store and then moved up the ranks. She eventually became a Vice President at the age of 27.Krasuna has a natural ability to build relationships with customers and motivate her employees. She also has a lot of experience dealing with a wide range of different types of customers, from parents to teen girls.Krasuna has been working with Victoria's Secret for a while now, and she really likes the company. She is currently a Vice President of Merchandising, and she’s been working at the company for a year and a half. In her previous job, she was responsible for developing and executing assortment plans to improve sales, margin, mark-down management, inventory control, and sku count/rationalization. She’s also previously been responsible for various other types of work, such as working as a key liaison for cross functional teams.Krasuna is really passionate about fashion, and she really loves working at Victoria's Secret. She enjoys the opportunity to work with such a great team of people, and she truly loves creating trends and bringing new products to the company. Amy Krasuna Sveda has a B.S. degree in clothing design and Merchandising from Vincennes University in 2002. During her undergraduate career, she worked at A&F in Philadelphia,PA as a designer of structured woven robes. After a few year break from the retail industry, she rejoined the A&F sales team in Atlanta and ran the brand'suty-to-measure inventory and managed the brand's supply chain. In her next job, she was Rent-A-Manger Manager at a suburban mall in Philadelphia. From there, she moved to Manhattan to join the team at Anthropologie as a DKM in denim. Krasuna then continued her development at Anthropologie as the DMM for petites and then, as the VicePresident of Merchandising, primaryresponsiblefor all product development and marketing for the company's global brand. During her last position as the interim GM of Abercrombie & Fitch's Kids division, she centralized all product development and management for all the company's children's wear brands, as well as indirect marketing for the adults brands.
