We’re hiring!I started out as an application clerk at Randstad USA, a staffing firm. I’ve worked there ever since, and I’ve been a big fan ever since. I love the opportunity to help people find the perfect job and help them get the experience they need.I’ve learned a lot over the years, and I’ve also gained a lot of experience. I’ve worked with all sorts of people, from Level 1 assistants to managers. I’ve also had the opportunity to meet a lot of new people and share my knowledge with them.I think it’s a great job, and I’d be honored to stay with Randstad for the rest of my career.

🎓 Education

Amy Kincaid comes from a well-known and respected educational family, which has promoted academic excellence in the pursuit of an accomplished future. Kincaid's father, Dr. Randy Kincaid, is an electrical engineer, and her mother is a psychiatric nurse. Kincaid's mother achieved her doctorate in psychiatry, which gives her experience in areas such as diagnosing and managing mental disorders. Her father has a background in engineering and more specifically, in the field of electrical engineering. Amy Kincaid's family tradition has bred a deep interest in learning, and she has had the opportunity to receive outstanding academic monthes at variousst of her stops in life.The first stop in Kincaid's education was at Grantham University, which she attended from September 2022 to September 2022. There, she studied Performance Improvement, a program that focus on improving performance through the use of Knowledge-Based Systems. Kincaid found the program to be extremely beneficial, as it gave her the opportunity to learn a variety of different methods and techniques for improving performance. She was also able to explore different fields of study, such as business administration and human resources management. Overall, her experience at Grantham University was extremely beneficial, and she was able to develop valuable skills that she will use in her future endeavors.Next, Kincaid moved on to Brigham Young University, which she attended from October 2022 to October 2022. There, she studied Health and Exercise Science. This program was very beneficial to her, as she was able to learn about different health patterns and how to better engage with and manage them. She was also able to explore different aspects of health and fitness, which will be very beneficial in her future endeavors.Lastly, Kincaid moved on to the University of Notre Dame, which she attend from November 2022 to November 2022. There, she studied Developmental Psychology. This program was extremely beneficial to her, as she was able to understand different developmental stages and how to best engage with and support them. She also learned about different different mental health disorders, which will be extremely beneficial in her future endeavors.In total, Kincaid has had the opportunity to attend a total of six different educational institutions, which has given her a variety of different experiences and skills. She has learned about different methods and techniques for improving performance, as well as different fields of study. Overall, Kincaid has had a extremely beneficial education and has developed valuable skills that she will use in her future endeavors.

Her previous positions have included Senior Staffing Specialist at Kirby Goldberg Associates and Staffing Coordinator at A Better Balance.Kincaid has a degree in business administration from Ball State University and has been working in the staffing industry for over 10 years. She is an experienced recruiter and has worked with a variety of companies in the staffing industry.She has also worked with a number of different countries, most recently working in the United Kingdom.
