Hi there! My name is Amrita Holden and I am the founder and CEO of By Athletes For Athletes, LLCBAFA. I served in the military as an Infantry Sergeant and am currently a CEO at Build My Brand In USA. I am also the CFO at Greencrest Travel. I have been in the travel industry for over 10 years and have managed both discretionary and non-discretionary accounts. My previous experience includes managing a team of developers, acquisitions, and business development consulting firms. Additionally, I am also the managing partner at Greencrest Energy Solutions, where I am responsible for developing and executing marketing, environmental and investor priorities within the company. Prior to founding By Athletes For Athletes, LLCBAFA, I served as the CFO at IMG Extreme Solutions. My experience in this role included overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and developing strategically important FCPA compliant strategies. I also had a role in the implementation of IMG’scompliance program, which included developing and implementing an FCPA loss mitigation plan. Additionally, I was responsible for leading a team of marketers responsible for all aspects of IMG’s global operations. I would like to share with you my current experience with FCPA and loss mitigation. When it comes to FCPA, I have a deep understanding of the law and the regulations that Apply to the sports industry. I am also aggressive with my enforcement efforts, which has led to several settlements totaling over $100 million. Recovery fund was established pursuant to the settlement. In this case, we successfully settled a color critique suit filed against our company by one of our victim’s wives. In addition, we also successfully reached a settlement with a large been pot company, which involved the cancellation of a lucrative travel trip they were planning to take to Spain.In my previous role at IMG extreme solutions, I successfully prosecuted FCPA and attained significant intellectual property settlements. I am successfully prosecuting FCPA cases and have been “Adopted” by the Business and Justice Section of the SEC. I am also a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, which gave me the training and experience to prosecute FCPA.Finally, I would like to say that I have a great deal of experience with loss mitigation and appreciate the importance of doing what is right by our clients and the American public.I am a successful CEO, FCPA lawyer, and loss mitigation specialist.
