💼 Past Experience

I have been a senior counsel and director, Ethics & Policy Governance at Allianz of America from May 2007 to October 2008. I also have experience as an executive coach and consultant. From my work at Allianz, I learned a lot about investigative law, legal engaging with the about Brussels, compliance, and financial planning. I also gained experience in event management and marketing.I believe my work experiences give me a strong basis to be an ethical counselor. I provide invaluable insights that my clients can use to help complete their Compliance Queen journey. I have a deep understanding of how compliance affects businesses, and I can help them make the best decisions for their companies.I am excited to continue my work at Compliance Week, as I believe its mission is to provide news and analysis that will help organizations detect and prevent compliance-related scandals. Amii PCC is an undergraduate lawyer. She started law school in 2013, and completed her law degree in 2016. Amii is also currently enrolled in a Master's program in Public Counsel at Yale Law School.As an undergraduate, Amii was a law student at Georgetown University Law Center. She was also in the Yale Law School master's program in Public Counsel.Prior to law school, Amii clerked for the Honorable John Gurley,United States District Court for the District of Columbia. prior to that, she worked as an associate lawyer with the firm of Katten Muchin Harriman LLP.After law school, Amii started a law firm. She currently works at Amii PCC, which is a law firm.

As an experienced executive, consultant and law professional, Amii PCC has board-certified in both Ethics and Policy Governance and is a Keynote Speaker in the industry. She is also a Contributor at Compliance Week and has written extensively on law risk and ethics.Prior to joining the legal profession, Amii was a President at Fortune Global 50 where she ran the company’s Executive Coach and Consultant business. In her previous roles, she has been an important player in the industry of law practice, most notably as Senior Counsel and Director, Ethics at Firemans Fund Insurance Company (FFINC), where she led the company’s controversial ethics program from October 2004 to December 2009. As Senior Counsel and Director, Ethics & Policy Governance at Allianz of America (AAL), she also led the company’s merger and acquisition process, as well as its compliance strategy for over 2 million customers worldwide.Prior to joining FFINC, Amii served as the Ethics & Policy Advisor to the CEOs of both the Newark, New Jersey and Houston, Texas schools of business and played an integral role in drafting and implementing the company’s Dean’s List and Women’s Leadership Panel Ethics Standards.Amii holds a B.S. from New York University and a Cum Laude from Yale University.
