Currently studying towards ACCA qualification.Financial Account Management @ Finance management for client account- Marks & Spencer: Responsibilities include: •Ensure a complete understanding of the client specifics, and following a mirrored approach to the set National supply standards also ensuring KPI compliance and providing feedback as necessary • Ensuring that accounts are accurately monitored and recorded • Dealing with a company’s payroll by processing wages and employee expense claims • Take control of projects and lead conference meetings • Build and manage new external business/ client relationships • Evaluate risk reports, perform attribution and conduct scenario analysis • Identifying the cause of deviations to plan and devising options and approach to maximising favourable variances through the use of forecasting, gap analysis and business analysis • Create customised client reports and respond to general finance ad-hoc inquiries • Summarise and explain complex financial and economic concepts to educate clients through forecasting and data analysis • Close and constant monitoring of client budgets, communicating weekly payroll figures, expenses and finance disputes to internal bodies, weekly billing and debt control (attending and leading weekly debt conference calls across internal bodies) • Advice on techniques for analysing the financial position of projects, identifying problem areas, establishing current position and forecasting trends for clients • Credit control: reconciliation of queried account (credit or debt) disputes • Liaising with accounts payable and non merchandising payments • Production of period end management accounts across all functional & operational areas with rich narrative informing management of business performance and recommendations for improvement.
