I am a digital media professional with over 10 years of experience in operations, marketing, research, and insights. I have worked in retail and e-commerce, travel, online publishing, and content marketing. I bring a global perspective to everything I do, having lived and worked in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. I am extremely curious by nature. If I have a question, I can't rest until I have the answer. That may come in the form of a simple Google search, or it may be as in-depth as a six-month, controlled study. I am also meticulously process-orientated, strategic, methodical, and obsessed with efficiency. I believe that there is always room for improvement and that most things can be done better, quicker, and with less waste. What do these two traits have in common? It’s simple - I love to make order out of chaos and make sense of the inexplicable. This has led to two key areas that suit me best: operations and insights. Until recently, I led commercial strategy and operations for a global content creation and distribution company, specialising in video-led content marketing and responsive advertising.
