The website has won 15 industry awards including three MarCom Awards including a gold award for Website Copy Writing, two platinum level awards for Government Website and Mobile and Web-Based Technology/Mobile Website and two Web Health Awards for the mobile site. I also helped manage Guard Your Health's eight-platform digital presence and led the design, development, and implementation of the campaign’s Twitter account, which has grown to 1,000 followers. I am a Management Consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton's Strategic Innovation Group, currently managing the content marketing for Booz Allen's Internet of Things (IoT) investment. I previously managed the Content Workstream for the Army National Guard's integrated Guard Your Health Campaign, where I led a team of writers to create multimedia, print, and web content for the award-winning Guard Your Health website (www.guardyourhealth.com). Before joining Booz Allen I worked for the communications department at the American Public Health Association (APHA), helping to plan and build out the Public Health Newswire website, a leading source of public health news and information. I wrote for the Get Ready blog, APHA's digital media accounts, provided live-coverage at the 2011 APHA Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois, and published several articles in The Nation's Health.
