💼 Past Experience

In August 2012, Alicia joined RBS Markets & International Banking as a Coordinator, Graduate Resourcing & Development. I responsible for developing and expanding talent initiatives and managing projects. I grew up in a small town in Connecticut and finished my undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Hartford. I reunited with my old professor and worked with him at an early stage company in Hartford before moving back to my home town to work for a bagel shop. around 2006, I began my professional career as a Human Resources Manager for a company in the Real Estate Industry. After a number of successful years in this role, I transitioned to a Manager at a real estate operations company in Boston became accidental Dean of the graduate program at Northeastern University’s School of Business in2011. I am currently an Assistant Coordinator, Graduate Resourcing & Development at RBS Markets & International Banking. I manage and expand Talent initiatives, support programs and projects, as well as partner with other managers and programs to help meet the needs of our employees. I am excited to join RBS Markets & International Banking and continue working with our employees to create a successful future.

🎓 Education

Alicia Price has a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island, where she studied Business Administration. After completing her undergraduate studies, she moved on to the University of St Mary’s University in Buckinghamshire, England, where she obtained a Postgraduate degree in International Business. Alicia’s education has furnished her with the skills and experience necessary for her current role as a purchasing agent.

Alicia Price holds a BSc in Management Science and an MS in Counseling from the University of Southern California. Alicia also has an AB degree in Administration and Public Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University. Alicia’s professional experience comes from her experience as a Manager, University Relations & Early Career Talent Acquisition at Related Companies in Greater New York City Area. Alicia has been with the company for over a year and has been responsible for the management of the company’s training department, as well asunctions with Related’s human resources department. In her previous position, Alicia was responsible for developing and implementing new hiring practices and managing the team of employees working on early career development. In her work with Related, Alicia has developed a strong sense for the nuances of the real estate industry and has developed a close working relationship with her co-workers. Alicia has a proven ability to motivate and develop her colleagues, and has a great deal of experience working with clients and negotiators. Alicia is highly engaging and the team cheers when she makes a valuable contribution.
