Alfie Long has been coaching in the Men's Football and Youth Teams for the past 6 years and has seen various roles in the development of these teams. He has also had 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.When Alfie started his coaching career he was the Assistant Head Coach at the club for 6 months. He then moved on to become the Team Leader and held this position for 2 years. He then took on the role of Senior Consultant at the club for 8 months. Alfie last took on the role of Recruitment Consultant at the club for 3 years.
