Maintain open communication and timely updates with all Departments in effort to better meet the client’s requirements. • Ensure precise execution of group events by effectively coordinating all operating departments to deliver required services to include but not limited to: arrival and departure process, meeting room set-up, audio visual needs, diagrams, production timelines and special event functions. • Actively operating Delphi - Catering and Sales system to develop Banquet Event Forms, generate reports, create banquet checks and pull function diaries. Regularly utilizing the Opera program to gather guest and group information.• Frequently using the Social Table program to create layouts and diagrams of scheduled events then distributing to both internal staff and contracted client.
