I provide administrative support to the customer service team. My tasks and duties included; I perform a variety of administrative & skilled clerical duties to the customer service team involving producing; general correspondence, memos and reports using Microsoft packages including word/excel/PowerPoint & outlook. I assist my Manager and Director with their travel arrangements and diary management. I process and am responsible for shipping freight, conventions and normal container orders furthermore invoicing payments, verifying receipts, track and submission for payments both from our customer and our overseas offices. I work with our customers and our partner offices all over the world in different time zones who speak different languages, including Asia, Africa and South America. Maintain both manual and electronic record keeping systems, so completing required paperwork and project tracking documents. Answering telephones, helping with queries and basic customer service enquiries. Work very closely with overseas customs and operations, so all documents submitted have to be fully checked and accurate. This means having strong attention to detail is essential, also I am able to report and analyze any discrepancies in paperwork.
