More than 10 years experience within R&D in Biotech. During the last 4 years I gained solid experience in the field of diagnostic immunoassays and clinical chemistry. I am involved in assay development and validation, but also customer tech support and production planning in close collaboration with the QA/RA department. One of my main responsibilities is being project manager for the optimization of an immunoturbidimetric assay. Scientifically, I developed a sound understanding for the use of biomarkers for diagnosis acute kidney injury and in other applications within the ICU. I enjoy collaborating with people inside and outside the company. Before, my focus was cell line development. I was responsible for the expression part of a polyclonal antibody project with the aim of generating stable mammalian cell lines.
