Alexander Shmouradko's education has went back to1974 when he earned his Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. After that, he served as a teaches at the same university from September 1979 to 1993. In 1993, he moved to the United States and continued his education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. After completing his undergraduate degree in 1995, he pursued a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1999. After receiving his doctoral degree, he returned to the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and continued his professional education as a professor and distinguished research scientist.
