Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, AlexClark first got interested in the IT industry at the young age of 10 when she and her family moved to Decatur, GA, to live in a suburb of Atlanta. AlexClark attended Atlanta-Dupont Career Technical High School in Atlanta and then graduated from the College of Computing and Technology at Georgia State University with a degree in Computer Science in 2002. After one year of internet work experience across a number of customer service and technical websites, AlexClark moved to Decatur to join Kaiser Permanente as a Lead Service Desk Analyst. While at Kaiser Permanente, she worked on a variety of projects from building fixtures to sending data across the internet to customers. AlexClark then moved to Cleveland Metropolitan School District in Cleveland, OH as an Executive Director, IT Service Delivery & Management. As an Executive Director, she manage a team of IT Site Managers, the development of IT Policy, and lead the singing of the IT crescendo at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. In her role asggles with challenges such as merge networks and server consolidation, as well as managing multimillion dollar IT budgets. As an IT Operations Supervisor at Harland Clarke, AlexClark oversaw the installation, configuration, and maintenance of data center systems and oversaw the design, development, and testing of IT systems. AlexClark most recently worked as Lead Service Desk Analyst at Kaiser Permanente, where she worked on projects fromJMV 2.0 to the deployment of Blackberry 10.
