Prior to joining Cognizant, Alex worked as an Associate Director and Sub Practice Leader - Talent Acquisition at Infosys. Alex's work focused on helping Infosys attract and bring in the top talent to their organization.Most notably, Alex helped Infosys expanding their customer or operator acquisition (COA) talent coverage. This involved creating and implementing new strategies to target and acquire the most talented employees in their field. Alex helped Infosys grow their customer and operator coverage to include over 2,000 nodes and customers.Additionally, Alex also had an email-based recruiting strategy implemented at Infosys. This strategy was aimed at attracting the best talent not only from within the company, but also from outside of Infosys. Alex's goal is to make it easier for Cognizant to find and fill open positions as quickly as possible.Another new initiative Alex is working on is called "infotainers." Infotainers are a new way for Cognizant to connect with their employees. Infotainers allow employees to learn about Cognizant products and services in a clean, online environment. Alex hopes that Infotainers will help Cognizant focus on the needs of their employees rather than having to visit each department multiple times.Overall, Alex has been an integral part of Cognizant as Associate Director and Sub Practice Leader - Talent Acquisition. Alex's work experience has helped Cognizant focus on the needs of their employees and bring in the top talent to their organization. Alex is a skilled leader and has a strong skillset in both customer andoperator acquisition. Alex is excited to lead and support the expansion of Cognizant's Talent Acquisition efforts.
