Work with a variety of clients ranging from startups and growing SMBs to multinational corporations and major universities.Client work included business development and growth strategy for (sold to for $350 million), business development for (raised $35 million in funding), student recruitment marketing for the University of Delaware (award-winning project to increase global brand awareness and international student applications), digital marketing strategy for Nanotronics (raised $50 million in venture funding to date), and business development for Wordtracker, a data analytics company located in London UK. From March 2004 to December 2015 (11 years 10 months) GlobalVice President of Client Services and Inside Sales @ IBEX | Global Built and managed Apple’s largest outsourced technical support program in North America. I took a 3 site, 850 person operation and grew it to 5 sites and 2,000 employees in 3 years, raising annual recurring revenue for my company from $25 million to $65 million in the process. During my tenure, I orchestrated a 10-week performance turnaround of a failing site leading to what the client termed “the most rewarding site visit in my 25 years in the business.” On top of that success, we gained 2 new sites and several new lines of business leading to a 260% increase in annual account revenue, making IBEX Global Apple's leading technical support vendor in North America.
