The management of this programme included significant senior stakeholder engagement, initial scoping, specification, design, implementation and delivery. From "go live" the whole programme was completed within in 6 weeks (over 2000 applications, nearly 1000 interviews and c500 appointments at VP & Director level - across 80 countries).
The programme was recognised as being the largest internal executive appointment process that any organisation in the FTSE100 has conducted over the last 10 years.
Subsequent projects included supporting the CHRO and Global Talent Director to identify senior (SVP) level talent for a number of key roles within the new HR leadership structure.
Throughout my assignment with Pearson I worked closely with the CHRO, Global People Director and Head of People Programmes.
