I am a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) specialized in Microsoft technologies (like .NET, SQL Server, WPF) who has been working since 2002 focusing in web development. I worked as project leader using Agile methodologies through the entire development life cycle (SDLC), from defining the requirement through modeling, developing and deployment until final user support. My knowledge includes high quality web standards, from a technical and managerial perspective (check my skills and past positions for more details) My greatest differentials are my deep knowledge in SQL Server (from designing the database/tables for maximum performance, to supporting an existing database with creating of indexes, defragmentation, and the general use of tuning tools as well as writing optimal t sql, stored procedures, triggers, ...); this knowledge was acquired while working for companies with extreme performance requirements on their databases and by writing my college final paper about SQL Server Tuning. I most of my positions, I held workshops about best practices in the area for the IT staff. I have great interest in management best practices, which I started to use since working and leading a small team of developers at Fbiz. Quality of output and creating a sustainable work environment were a few of my responsibilities. Things like automated testing, good documentation and keeping updated with main industry players and their recommendations is now a basic requirement for me.
