Alan Grimberg has over 10 years in the business world, and has worked in a variety of industries including apparel and fashion, marketing, economic development, and business consulting. Beginning his career as a consultant in 2006, Grimberg became CEO of Meia Palavra, a consulting firm focused on apparel and fashion. Upon his departure from Meia Palavra in June 2021, he will become CEO of Zinzane Brasil, a luxury blue jeans and scarf firm founded by Zinzane Brasil CEO Meia Palavra. Prior to joining Zinzane, Grimberg was CEO of BBBS, a B-to-B consulting firm. In October 2019, he was also named CEO of Q-Vizu, a startup accelerator and venture capital firm. At Q-Vizu, Grimberg developed and administrates the startup accelerator’s global fund and provides strategic advice to startups. He also leads BBBS Ventures, a business development bank focusing on social media, marketing, and e-commerce. In July 2016, Grimberg began working at Clube Retoke as a consultant and then as Director of Consulting from October 2004 to July 2016. There, he developed strategy for the Clothing Firm’s $2 billion dollar marketing budget. He also worked on marketing and business initiatives for the Bradesco Bank Group, handledailing and vettorial campaigns for L’Oreal, and worked as a sneaker curator for Saks Fifth Avenue. From January 2016 to October 2019, Grimberg was CEO of bb básico, a luxury clothing and accessory store chain. From February 2021 to May 2021, he was CEO of Zinzane Brasil. From October 2019 to January 2021, he was CEO at Q-Vizu. From July 2016 to October 2019, Grimberg was Director of Consulting at Clube Retoke.
