Alan Fass's automotive career began in 1995, when he became an Owner at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in White Plains, New York. There, he worked with customers and employees alike to develop and manage the dealership's various departments. Additionally, Fass served as the GM of the dealership's all-new Jeep division, which produced Jeep Wranglers and Cherokees.Throughout his time at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Alan Fass was an essential part of the team. He was responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations. He was a captain of his team and always seemed to be looking out for the best interests of his employees.In 2004, Alan Fass moved to Rockland Dodge in upstate New York and served as the GM of the dealership's original Jeep division. There, he successfully developed and managed the divisions' products, as well as developing new processes and procedures. In addition, he was a central figure in the dealership's success story.Through his work at Rockland Dodge, Alan Fass was able to develop a strong management skillset which he use to lead his subsequent businesses. His experience as an owner and GM at two different Jeep divisions has prepared him for the challenges heés now faced as the CEO of Aura Automotive.Aura Automotive is a dealership group that specializes in the design, production, and sales of small and midsize cars and trucks. The company is headquartered in the heart of New York City. It has more than 2,000 employees and a dealership network throughout North America.Aura Automotive plans to build a new Chevrolet Aveo small car factory in the Bronx, as well as a production dealership in Scranton, Pennsylvania. These new operations will join Aura's current dealership network in order to offer customers a broader selection of products and services. Alan Fass has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
