Alan CFA was born in 1985 in Ipswich, England. After graduating from Southampton University with a degree in Criminology, Alan moved to the United States to pursue a career in financial research. In 2013, Alan joined the cannabis industry analyst role at WestLB Asset Management and completed a six-month rotation in therole. He then joined Nicholas Applegate as a Portfolio Manager after holding a brief portfolio of external debt equity at HSBC Holdings plc.Prior to joining the WestLB team, Alan worked as an investment analyst at HSBC Holdings plc. He attained a Parliamentary brief in the United Kingdom in 2006 as a councillor for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and has served since then as an external affairs spokesman on a number of issues related to the city.
