I am an avid coder in quite a few languages. I currently work in ThoughtWorks Inc., Bangalore and am presently working for an NY Consulting Client. As of now, the tech stack is .NET and Silverlight. I have dabbled in other fields such as open hardware programming, in which I have written libraries for a few sensors attached to a Raspberry Pi, the details of which are: Raspberry Pi & Arduino a.Ultrasonic Proximity Sensor b.Rain Sensor c.Temperature Sensor d.Gyroscope e.Light Intensity Sensor f.Accelerometer In addition to that, I have developed an application using .NET and the Aforge.NET libraries primarily concerned with Image Processing and Pattern Recognition. The following are the significant areas I experimented with : a.Edge Detection b.Thresholding c.Text segmentation d.Image manipulation. I have a developing interest in Game Theory and in my free time often like to study various aspects of game strategy development. I would still call myself a beginner on that front, although I hope to work more pertinently on it in the near future. I have been exposed/programmed in the following technologies: C C++ Asp.NET C# Go Lang Java HTML, CSS Selenium testing Framework Javascript Spring MVC framework Silverlight MySQL MongoDB In terms of Continuous Integration, I have worked on the Go Environment and am starting to use Teamcity. Also, the various project management tools that I have used are Mingle and Confluence. I love learning new languages and aspire to be fluent in Spanish and French, for which I have started prepping myself already.
