Worked cross-functionally with Quaker and Frito Lay management teams to establish processes and controls for division. Successfully oversaw strategic product introductions and transfers between warehouse and DSD Go-To-Market systems, including Cracker Jack and Quaker Snack Bars and Treats. Managed finance teams in both Quaker’s Chicago headquarters and Frito Lay’s Plano, Texas headquarters.
