💼 Past Experience

What led you to pursue a career in technology consulting?I worked in a number of different jobs in my previous career before joining Sogeti in 1999. I was very lucky to have worked in a company that was focused on design thinking and digital transformation, and I quickly realized that I had a lot of experience and knowledge that I could use to help my clients address their own software needs.In particular, I was very interested in how I could help my clients use their data to drive better performance in their businesses, and I started to develop a number of products and services that focused on this topic. My work at Sogeti also allowed me to learn a lot about how to work with large, global financial services clients, and it was through working with them that I first started to wear down the boundaries between Research & Development, Sales, and Operation.I also benefited from working with a lot of different technical teams at Sogeti, and I was able to learn a lot about a lot of different technologies. I eventually came to understand that I had a lot of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and cloud technologies, and that this gave me a strong foundation on which to build my consulting practice.What have been the most important things that you have learned while working in your current position?One of the most important things that I have learned while working at Sogeti has been the importance of customer focus. I have been able to develop a strong focus on helping my clients improve the customer experience, and I have been able to do this in a number of different ways. I have also been able to develop unique solutions that address industry issues from regulatory rule interpretation to improving the efficiency of business operations.

Ahson Pai holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a B.Sc.EE in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. Ahson Pai worked as a financial analyst at a major multinational company and later, at a public company. Ahson Pai had the opportunity to learn about big data while working at a technology company. Ahson Pai then moved on to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she completed her Professional Education in Tackling the Challenges of Big Data. At MIT, Ahson Pai researched big data and its potential impact on business. As a result, she is prepared to work with big data in the future.

She also has experience in the field of risk, regulatory compliance and audit, which she brings to her new role as Senior Manager at EY. working on ideation, product development, sales and customer service.By working with largest global financial services clients and providing consultancy practice development and thought leadership in the industry, Ahson Pai is able to help her clients addresses their regulatory and operational challenges. Additionally, she has a deep understanding of complex systems and technologies, which allows her to design and deliver high-impact consulting solutions.
