My mission is to support the development and implementation of key customer and apparel manufacturing initiatives like Value Added Services (VAS). I also support process improvements and operational excellence of the buying process in Nike EMEA Apparel. Coordinating: VAS expansion activities; development and implementation of new VAS requirements; VAS process improvement; maintaining VAS PO’s; collaboration with vendors and suppliers. • Inventory planner for Tennis product category: placing bi-weekly buys for EMEA region, making sure that the right product in the right quantity is being bought at the right time and is delivered to the right customer (DRS vs DC). • Creating monthly delivery plan taking into account the buy strategy, production minimums / long lead time material requests / consolidated buys / DRS validation / factory capacity • Committing to pre-builds of new products with no historical data (develop & maintain the ‘blind buy’ strategy) • Analyzing inventory data & KPI’s (Available-to-promise, cancellations, sell thru, material drops, internal contracts and call offs etc.) and using this as input for the buy strategy • Managing and prioritizing category-specific initiatives such as Launches and Sales programs • Managing the Close out process, Demand/Supply match (Airfreight process), DRS diverts. • Conducting daily communications on status and exceptions within the Planning organization and externally to all stakeholders • Conducting bi-weekly business reviews and analyze business outlook and evaluate opportunities and threats From 2009 to 2014 (5 years) Value Added Services Business Analyst @ • Leader of EMEA Apparel Value Added Services (VAS) factory program for biggest NIKE customers as Decathlon, Intersport, Footlocker, JD, Sportmaster etc. Acting as the go to person for the Liaison Offices, Operation Management, and Inventory Management on all VAS activities.
