Adriano Silva has over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing, having worked in both public and private companies. He has also worked in the business communities of Mexico City and Los Angeles.Born and raised in Mexico City, Adriano Silva has always been interested in business. At the age of 15, he started his own businesses, selling and catering to clients in his home city. From there, he moved on to help his friends and family get their start in business. He eventually took a job in marketing for a small company, working on promotions and awareness campaigns.After a few years of this, he started his own small business. He also worked on the sales team for a large international company.In October of 2020, Adriano Silva joined Siemens as a Regional Vice President in Sales. He then moved up the totem pole, becoming Regional Vice President for Sales at Salesforce. During his time at Salesforce, he created, led and managed a team of sales representatives. He also led and managed the sales growth for the company in various regions.He is also a senior strategic planning and market intelligence officer for Siemens. His work focuses on helping Siemens reach successive levels of success. He has played a major role in helping Siemens become a global leader in technology and capital goods.Since quitting his position with Siemens, Adriano Silva has been working as a senior sales representative at Mercer. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Planning with a focus on Consulting Services. At Mercer, he has worked on a number of high-growth products and projects.He is also currently a seed student in a technical internship program at the McKinsey and Company team office in Mexico City.
