Senior Global Marketing Communications Manager @ From 2014 to Present (1 year) Head of Marketing & Communications @ My job was to develop and strengthen the marketing department and to increase the quality and quantity of the marketing efforts as well as to reduce the running costs. Reporting directly to the CEO of the company (12’000 employees), I was given the opportunity to develop a new visual market appearance, supervise the coherent corporate branding and to be responsible for external and internal corporate marketing & communications (on- and offline, pr, exhibitions, sponsoring management, etc.) as well as corporate language incl. translation services. I had leadership of international team members on various locations worldwide. From 2008 to 2011 (3 years) Head of Brand Management @ My role was to develop and implement a new corporate identity & design for the Phonak brand. I was responsible for corporate imaging and the implementation of a coherent global branding including education of all marketing professionals worldwide. I held responsibility of the worldwide POS system, marketing launches/campaigns for a product line and the worldwide PR work and advertising planning for trade press. I was deputy of the Marketing Communications Director. From 2007 to 2008 (1 year) Marketing Manager Institutional Clients & Payment Services @ I held responsibility for the strategic & operational marketing planning for the businesses of “Institutional Clients” & “Payment Services”. While I was planning and executing the external & internal communication mix, I developed a new verbal & visual integrated market appearance for the business areas. This position as marketing accountable taught me to be fully responsible for relevant business areas and to manage demanding counter parts on all levels. From 2002 to 2006 (4 years) Corporate Marketing Manager @ In my position, I did steer and execute the marketing & communication activities and was responsible for all exhibitions and events. Further I did develop and lead the bank’s worldwide public relations activities including the management of journalists.
