Adrian completed an interim Managing Director role to work with the founder, Simon Zutshi, to prepare a business plan to take the business to the next level of growth and scale. This role directed the commercial strategy with all of the major Grocery, convenience and wholesale accounts in the U.K. -The role was also responsible for the development of Customer Marketing plans with all major Off Trade accounts. From January 2007 to May 2009 (2 years 5 months) Director of Sales- Multiple Grocers @ Channel Director accountable for the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for all of the major U.K. Multiple Grocers. This role involved the creation, negotiation and implementation of annual trading agreements with all of the leading Multiple Grocers. From January 2005 to December 2006 (2 years) Director of Sales- Wholesale and Convenience @ Channel Director responsible for the sale of the Molson Coors portfolio to all the major Wholesale and convenience customers in the U.K. This involved the development, negotiation and implementation of annual Trading agreements with all major customers. From January 2003 to December 2004 (2 years) Managing Director- Customer Service On Trade @ Integrated disparate departments of over 700 people to deliver enhanced customer service from improved call handling processes at a National Call centre and an improved technical service offer through a renegotiated third party contract. This established the foundation for implementing a market leading offer in the On Trade. From February 2002 to December 2002 (11 months) Director of Sales- Managed Pub Groups @ Directed the channel account team and negotiated major supply contracts with the Managed Pub Groups in the U.K. These included high profile customers such as Mitchell's & Butler, J.D.Wetherspoon and Greene King. From January 1995 to August 1996 (1 year 8 months) National Account Manager: Bass National Sales @ -Utilising 6 years experience in the pub division of Bass PLC managed the relationship between the Pub and Brewing divisions. -Sucessfully launched major new brands such as Hooper's Hooch and Caffreys into the Pub division which acted as a key 'shop window' for their establishment in the market.
