Technical limitations meant that we couldn't do a full re-design so we basically had to work with what was already there which was challenging. • A/B split tested the new page against the old and found a significant increase in the conversion rate of key metrics including flight bookings, promotions, ancillary products and logins. • Conducted user testing of the new page components to ensure that they improved the user experience. • Improved the page load speed by 3 times, even though the new page was more image rich than the original. • Implemented an agile scrum team workflow to complete the project efficiently.
