💼 Past Experience

He previously worked as a Jungian Analyst with the United States Psychological Association and the National Counsellor Association. In his past work, he has focused on unhealthy methods of meditation and yoga, as well as Resort, Prayer and Reiki. He has written and published extensively on the few good things about meditation and yoga, pointing out that when taken too far, these practices can lead to a mental health crisis.
