💼 Past Experience

Previously, I was a Customer andStrategy Vice President and Manager of Interactive Strategies at Covidien (2003-2005). Covidien was a global drug company and their products were sold mainly in Europe and Asia. In my time at Covidien, I was responsible for all aspects of interactive strategies, including developing and managing interactive marketing, web strategy, social media, and email marketing. I also helped lead the development of Covidien's global customer experience strategy, which focused on developing effective ways to identify, understand, and then addressed customer needs.
