💼 Past Experience

I started my law career in 2007 as an interim executive director of the Berkeley Center for Law and Business at UC Berkeley. I was then a startup attorney at Gunderson Dettmer from January 2013 to January 2015. I founded Startup@BerkeleyLaw in October 2017, and helped create and lead the faculty at the firm. I also co-founded and taught a venture capital deal camp at UC Berkeley from October 2017 to March 2019.I am currently a Board Member at The Atticus Project, and I am the Executive Director of the Berkeley Center for Law and Business at UC Berkeley. I joined the University of California, Berkeley College of Law in January 2006. I am also a member of the Advisory Board of EIRIS Conflict Risk Network. I have also been a visiting professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara Law School and the University of Szeged, Hungary.
