This involved working on products and services for a technology company that competed in the software industry.I left the company in December of 2004.At Amazon, I was a Senior Product Manager responsible for product management for the Amazon shopping cart and product recommendations features of the web site. I also served as the lead product manager for the Amazon mobile homepage. I held this position from August 2013 to January 2017.In July of 2015, I joined the team lead of the product for Fundbox Pay, a service that pays small businesses immediately after each sale while still giving the buyers 60 days to repay Fundbox without fees. At fundbox, my primary responsibility was the overall health of the page. I am also a part of the product development team responsible for designing and developing the product. My team was responsible for hiring for 10+ job families. We were successful because we partnered closely with the company's senior leadership all the way down to individual hiring managers. Our goal was not to hire as many people as possible, but to hire slow and get them trained and experience under their belts so they can succeed beyond their current tenure.
