💼 Past Experience

These are just a few examples of what Adam has worked on in his professional career. Adam is a highly skilled photographer with a wealth of experience in both professional and university productions, both photojournalism and film production. He is currently a director of photography and editor at The Jabberwocks of Brown University Music Video "Chanukah Lights" from November 2014 to December 2014 (2 months) in Providence, Rhode Island Area, and acted as the director of photography for a Hillel Community Outreach music video involving Brown's a capela group, The Jabberwocks. Adam meticulously planned the shot list and schedule for preproduction, operated one of two cameras on set, and edited the two camerashoot into a 3 minute music video which amassed over 10,000 hits in two weeks. He is also a freelance photojournalist with extensive experience in Brown University and the Providence, Rhode Island area. He worked as a production coordinator at Blog Daily Herald from January 2015 to May 2015 (5 months), produced and edited several online lectures for a MOOC (Massively Open Online Course) offered by Brown's Archeology department for Coursera, and was paid by Brown for his work. Adam is currently a content intern with FilmBuff, and worked for the content division of FilmBuff, which is responsible for the cultivation of independent films for digital distribution, as well as a research project related to the Affordable Healthcare Act and medicare taxation. In June 2019 to October 2019 (5 months), he participated in a 3 month MassChallenge RI accelerator program alongside the other 24 finalists, and was selected as one of 6 top teams.

Adam Alpert has a Bachelor’s degree in History from Brown University. Alpert also has a B.A. from National Outdoor Leadership School, which he attended from 2014 to 2014.
