In my previous role as an Administrative Surveyor at the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards, I also learned how to measure and benchmark patient satisfaction. I am also currently a Director General, Quality Improvement at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia. In my previous role, I also acted as the acting Director, Patient Experience at International Medical Center. I have also been working as a Quality and Leadership Surveyor at the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Health Care Institutions (CBAHI). I am also currently a Consultant, Quality & Patient Safety at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia. In my previous role as a Supervisor, Hematology Laboratory at King Abdulaziz University, I learned how to improve patient service, communicate with patients, and increase the efficiency of the laboratory.
