Since she was born, Abby has been passionate about working with people. When Abby was a young girl, she started taking care of her family by working 12 hours a day and six days a week. Abby loved her work and was able to provide for her family while still living a cared for lifestyle. When Abby was in her early 20s, she decided to take a break from working and Pursue a more traditional college Weslyan education. Abby completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and relocated to New York City to work for a financial company. Abby loved the opportunity to learn about the business world and its various aspects. However, when Abby was hired as a manager in the human resources department, she quickly found out that many of her old skills didn't seem to be as necessities as they once were. Abby realized that her business knowledge and skills were precise and valuable, so she decided to focus on her MBA program and become a Senior Vice President, People Development.
