Start-up junkie. Culture evangelist. Tech tinkerer.
Obsessed with the evolution and growth of Improbable. I care about shaping our unique culture, whilst enabling our brilliant people. I take a bold approach towards nurturing the optimal conditions for our folk, encouraging them to constantly challenge their comfort zone. I promote introspection and autonomy in an egoless environment.
I’m a geek at heart and deeply enjoy combining my love of technology with my penchant for business, especially when it revolves around good people. I also love occasionally dabbling in code, voiding warranties and fragging trolls!

Before all of this:
I solved juicy scaling problems for high-growth, disruptive technology companies. I worked with many of the worlds most successful start-ups, entrepreneurs and some giants. I built and overclocked my first machine before I hit double digits and started learning C++ and VB from the 'Idiots Guide' books shortly after that. I was born with a Mac in my mouth and have been an Apple fan boy ever since. My first console was an Amiga 500. I used to be a kick-ass war gamer and probably still have the thumbs for it (if I had the time). I've had pretty much every console since along with several custom built machines.
I also got out occasionally...
