Aaron Means is a seasoned professional with a rich background in technology and community service, currently making a significant impact as a Triple P Practitioner at 100 Black Men of Greater Charlotte, Inc. With a robust 38-year career at IBM, where he served as an Export Regulations Executive and Charlotte Site Initiatives Manager, Aaron brings a wealth of experience in business operations and strategic development. His academic credentials, including a Bachelor’s degree from Knoxville College and graduate studies in Elementary Guidance and Counseling from the University of Tennessee, equip him with a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

In his current role, Aaron is dedicated to implementing the Triple P - Positive Parenting Program, an evidence-based initiative designed to empower parents and caregivers with effective strategies for raising children. His involvement in this program is not just a professional endeavor; it reflects his commitment to fostering positive family dynamics and enhancing community well-being. Aaron’s expertise in leadership and strategy is instrumental in driving key projects that aim to improve parenting practices within the Greater Charlotte area.
