Our offices operate in the different market using local strategies and maintain a constant flow of information, ideas and values shared globally.   WHAT WE DO QVC is a TV channel with 17 hours live each day, seven days a week, 364 days a year and we are present on DTT and Tivùsat (channel 32) and Sky (channel 475). During the live shows, 16 presenters with expert guests offer entertainment, innovative and distinguishable Italian and international brands of different categories: Jewelry, Fashion & Accessories, Beauty, Kitchen, Home and Electronics. The customer service, active 24 hours a day offers rapid home delivery, payment in cash or by credit card and the possibility of returning products within 30 days from the delivery date. We also have a continuously updated ecommerce website, where shoppers can find the entire catalogue of products and an official extremely dynamic Facebook page that represent an authentic community of our customers.
