Perkins Counseling & Psychological Services, PLLC is a comprehensive group practice in Wake Forest, North Carolina. We have a team of professional, highly qualified, specialized, clinicians offering therapy and assessment services across the lifespan – from preschoolers to older adults. Psychologists and therapists offer counseling for a wide spectrum of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, parenting, ADHD, and post traumatic stress disorder. Assessments offered include: educational testing for learning disorders, ADHD assessment for children and adults, autism spectrum diagnosis, developmental disorders, and evaluations for medical procedures such as bariatric surgery and spinal cord stimulator trials. We are pleased to offer these services in Wake Forest to serve patients in north Wake and south Franklin Counties.
