Paiton Operations & Maintenance Indonesia (POMI) is a Joint Venture company between Mitsui & Co. Ltd., Nebras Power, Jera & Tobabara dealing with operations and maintenance of a project comprising of more than 2,000 MW coal fired power generating units known as units 3, 7 & 8 owned by Paiton Energy. Paiton Energy has a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Perusahaan Umum Listrik Negara (PLN) - the state electricity corporation of the Indonesian Government.
