The company employs approximately a dozen full-time staff members. The company's speakers are exclusive with CAMPUSPEAK in the higher education market. Additionally, the company contracts with approximately 50 higher education professionals who do niche facilitations on the company's behalf. CAMPUSPEAK serves all areas of student life including: fraternity/sorority life, residence life, leadership, athletics, student activities, judicial affairs, student governments, program boards, first-year experience, and health promotions.
